I am trying to understand from their website if the organ is played at the Saturday evening mass. The site is in French and my French is not good. Does anyone know if the organ is played during that mass?
The Saturday night mass is held in the area behind the main altar. The main organ was not played the evening I was there. The 11 am Sunday Mass has full organ music, followed by the organ recital running til about 12:45 pm. This is the best mass to fully appreciate the organ.
The program is published monthly, here is the link

You didn’t say when you are visiting, so check the link at the beginning of each month to see if there are additional recitals scheduled. Google Translate might be helpful, but we’re all here as well. Easter Sunday is April 12, in case you are in Paris then.
I have attended the free Sunday concert on a number of occasions and it is well worth seeking out. I might also point out the Eugène Delacroix paintings just to the right of the entrance as you enter the church.
I am a retired church organist, and we attended the 11:00 a.m. Mass and stayed for the concert afterwards last June. It was fabulous. I highly recommend!!!
We will be there Easter Sunday - so we are trying to keep an eye on the mass times as I'm sure things may be different on the holiday. We will plan on Sunday then - just hoping on Saturday as it fit the schedule a little better.
Thank you all!
Since you’re in Paris on Easter weekend, check for the Easter Vigil Mass on Saturday Evening. That’s bound to be amazing.
...and it’s Sulpice
