St. Pierre des Corps train station - size & time for transfer

Booking a train reservation from CDG to Amboise. The transfer point is St. Pierre des Corps. My concern is that the conveniently timed trains have a transfer time of only 11-12 minutes. I have looked at pics of the station on line. It doesn't appear very large.According to seat61.com this is plenty of time for transfer if the trains are on time (95% are). Has anyone else made this transfer at this or similar-size station? Ironically, the second leg (post-transfer) into Amboise is only a 10 minute train ride. Thanks for info. Susan

The smaller the station, the easier the transfer. Now if it was Gare de Lyon with a maze of platforms, I'd be concerned. If, by some odd circumstance, you miss the connection, the next train is about an hour later.

Ten minutes should be plenty of time. I have been to that station and you should not have a problem.

I am in accord with the others, it's almost fool proof. Plus, there are many trains that go to Ambrose so if you miss one, you'll be able to catch another.
