St Malo (and area) - Can't miss restaurants

Going to be in St Malo for two nights in a few weeks. What are some of your can't miss restaurants? I'm thinking seafood, but will take any suggestions. We'll probably stop through Cancale for oysters on the way back one day from visiting Mont St Michel.
Thanks

St. Malo has many tiny restaurants (half a dozen tables) that are really good. Two where we had really good meals a few years ago (who knows where they are with COVID) are. Le Bistrot du Rocher where my husband had an amazing fish dish and another wonderful place was Gilles where we also had excellent fish dishes.

There are lots of mediocre crepes and touristy restaurants with airplane food especially on the wall near the parking lot and entrance to the old town. You really do need to identify good places and reserve. The first night all the places on our list were booked up (we were there in May)
