St-Emilion TI contact us?

One more question today, and I promise, not to post again, at least today! I have really been searching for a "Contact us" email address for St Emilion TI. I don't have a printer for the time being, and I'd really like a few things from them. I try not to wait until I get somewhere to make my plans. Anyway, I want vineyard and city maps and what they call a "Practical Guide". Any idea where I can find an email address?

This page has a place to contact them through the website. It says if you wish to receive information by mail to input your mailing address in the email section. You could try sending that information and hope that they do send to US addresses. You would have to specify in the 'your request' section what documents you would like. Otherwise I don't see any other email 'contact us' section. Good luck.

It seems to be a lot harder these days to get printed materials from tourism authorities before your feet are on the ground in Europe. There used to be country-level offices in NYC that would mail maps of the larger cities and other useful information. (I doubt they would have had a map of a place as small as St-Emilion, though.) I believe all those offices have now closed. Postage rates from Europe are high enough that I'm doubtful you'll be able to get anything sent to you unless the office is already set up with a procedure to charge for the service.

I believe you're going to Bordeaux before heading out to the countryside. The Bordeaux T.O. may well have information on St-Emilion. The office in Nice provided all sorts of stuff for the places along the Riviera. You might also try Googling for maps of the smaller places you're going. I found a few tourist maps to download before my 2019 trip. For small towns, printing something like that from the internet (even from Google Maps) might be workable. For larger cities, the scale will probably be too small to work.

Thanks Nancy. I poked around that site quite a bit. But not there, apparently!

EDITED TO ADD: Ann, you're right, a willingness to mail materials has become quite rare. My husband has been calling state DNR's for maps to plan camping trips, He has found that some states no longer even print highway maps! And you are right, if it comes to it, I should be able to pick up info in Bordeaux.
