Sprint Global roaming plan in France

Hello friends,
Does anyone have experience using Sprint Global Roaming in France?
It is free data with 2G speed.
I understand that 2G may be slow. Was it good enough for navigation. Were driving instructions given timely?
Thanks

Rather than using 2G speeds, in addition to my Garmin, I use downloaded Google maps for offline use (for sights not in my Garmin), so you don't need to depend on data or good cell coverage. They’ve worked well for me in a few countries. What’s good with Sprint is all texts are free and calls are only about 12 cents per minute. Unless you make lots of calls, it’s more than adequate and no separate plan is needed.

Thanks jaimeelsabio
Any experience with using the global roaming for driving instructions (Apple Map preferably) ? If yes, are the instructions given timely?

I used my sprint service for navigation in Germany and it work great . I also use it in many other European countries for google maps and had no problems , will recommend it .

I used my Sprint international roaming last year in Portugal when I had Sprint. It was a little slow - frustrating sometimes but probably usable. I wound up adding 10 euros to my Dutch Vodafone SIM and using that the rest of the trip. If it had cost a lot more than that, I probably would have just lived with the Sprint slow data.
