Specific names of places to eat breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner in or near the 1st arrondissement?

Family of 4 semi-foodies would like any suggestions regarding restaurants, patisseries, Cafe's, Bistro's, Bakeries, etc...
We do not need the over-the-top-expensive restaurants, just places we shouldn't miss while we are staying in the 1st arrondissement near The Louvre.

We really liked: A. lacroix bakery (across the river from Notre Dame)
Miznon (a low key restaurant in the Marais- amazing ratatouille and roasted cauliflower)
Poulette (a beautiful restaurant, also in the Marais- great set prix meals, not too expensive)

Unfortunately none of those mentioned are in the 1st arrondissement.
But these are: try "Chez La Vieille", the revamped "Clover Grill", "La Regalade St Honore", and "Juveniles".
Pierre Herme on rue Cambon is a wonderful patisserie and has chocolats, too.

Breakfast is best taken in a cafe with a nice terrace- or in a luxury hotel restaurant.
You'll get a choice of "bread-y" things, sometimes a yogurt, fresh juice, and a hot drink. For an added fee, you can choose omelettes, fried eggs, boiled eggs, sometimes ham.

La Rose du France is on Place Dauphine near Pont Neuf, on Ile de la Cite, a short walk from the Louvre. I had the best thing ever there for lunch: foie gras three ways. One was a slice of pure foie gras, another prepared like creme brulee, and the best - foie gras ice cream, which is absolutely the best thing I have ever had in my mouth. It was the entree and for the main course, I very widely chose a salad.
