Special lunch outdoors in Paris, October 16. Also suggestions for travel guide

Hi,
I'm spending five nights in Paris before heading on to Genoa for a sad, but important event. I'd gotten a lunch reservation at the Jules Verne on October 16 (my wedding anniversary), but my doctor has recommended I avoid inside restaurants in Paris to maximize my chances of being well the week after.

So I'm looking for something special and outside (I know I can ask a concierge at my hotel, but wanted to check here.

I'm also thinking of hiring a private guide for a few hours in Montmartre that day, a part of Paris I've never seen. Thoughts?

I speak rusty advanced beginning/beginning intermediate French and once fluent, rusty Italian.

Thanks for any help. Rick's guide Marta in Rome was super.

It may be much too late to get a reservation for mid October but why not go for the very wonderful/popular/charming/famous Le Maison Rose in Montmartre. Outside seating may not be guaranteed though.

The tables are space further apart in a quality restaurant. You could request one further from other sir near some air circulating.
