Special Dinner Recommendations in Latin Quarter or Saint Germaine?

Hello! It’s just about 2 weeks until my daughter and I take off for our first trip to Paris! I’m hoping for some dinner recommendations for places that you felt were special or memorable in the Latin Quarter or Saint Germaine areas.
We’ll be there for 5 nights, so far made reservations at Brasserie des Pres, Les Hombres, and Marcello. Looking for 2 more spots. Planning to be out enjoying the city all day, then head back to the Latin Quarter for cafe stop, then to hotel to rest up a little, power nap if needed, change clothes and freshen up then head out for dinner. Would like to stay within 15-20 minute walk of our hotel (Hotel Abbatial) or don’t mind an easy uber/taxi ride. Looking for someplace special…maybe beautiful, or quaint French ambiance, or historic, or great view…of course great food (hoping for a little more varied menus…some places I’ve looked at have maybe only 3-4 main courses to choose from). Thanks in advance for sharing your special spots!

Cafe des Ministeres, which is not far away from the Cluny museum, was terrific. La Ferrandaise near the Luxembourg Gardens also good.

Le Coupe-Chou in the Latin Quarter is worth a look. It has a cozy, historic atmosphere and is a nice option for a special dinner with your daughter.
