Special dinner on Thanksgiving in Reims

I know we won’t find anything remotely like American Thanksgiving in Reims but where would you recommmend for family of 4 (12 and 15 year olds ) for a special family dinner on Thanksgiving day (after a champagne tour lol)?

We were in Reims in 2019 for the Best of Eastern France tour. We enjoyed dinner twice at Le Galois, 2 Place Drouet d'Erlon. We ate there the first time because every other place we tried was booked up. They were packed that night, and messed up our order (the waitress misheard my "fillet of sea bass" as "fillet of beef." Could be my French wasn't as good as I thought!) but we ate it anyway, and the food was excellent. We had salmon and beef. Our last night in Reims we went back. We had the salmon again, a terrine de campagne, and sea bass.

I didn't note the prices in my log, but it must have been reasonable, or we wouldn't have gone there twice.

We loved Reims, and if we ever return will certainly eat at Le Galois.

Across from the Grand Hôtel Continental there is (or was) a place named Le Grande Café but it has no connection with hotel. The food was so good we ate there twice. The mussels were really good. Using google maps street view will allow you to walk around the area and locate the place without leaving home.

Thanks. Keep them coming. Not sure if I want to bring my tween and teen to a Michelin star restaurant in the sweatpants that they live in. I’ll save those for the no kid trip with my wife

Anoikis, for something a little different: we also enjoyed Restaurant La Médina, 13 Rue de Châtivesle. It's Moroccan, and I would call it a "fun" place to eat. And the food was great, as was the service. And the portions were huge.

Someone upthread mentioned Le Grand Café; we had our first RS group dinner there, and the food was good. I noted that I had the mussels, and Stan had cod. We both had good entrées (starters in France; not the main course) but I didn't note what we had.
