Spas in Rhone Alpes

I'm looking for an affordable (nice, but cheap) spa to take a family in the Rhone Alpes. Where have you been? What would you recommend? I'm not looking for a spa hotel. I'm not looking to find "the best spa" at 50E/2 hrs/pp. Affordable massages would be a bonus.
