South of France

Hi guys,
Can you help me with a search, looking for a water sports style holiday within a hotel (all-inclusive) environment in the South of France. Money is a bit tight, so would consider options... but would love to have a holiday from the washing up and cooking too!
Like the idea of sailing in the morning and chilling out around the pool in the afternoon
