I will be traveling in France in May and will arrive in Nice on my birthday. I'd like to spend the afternoon and evening in Monaco. Any ideas for a special way for my friend and I to celebrate?

Restaurant La Pinede on Cap d'Ail. It sits on the beach--delicious, debonair, you'd expect to see some movie star--I did. Wonderful seafood. Be sure to get there before sunset, so you can see the spectacular scenery. Check it out on Trip Advisor. You can eaily walk there from Monaco on the beach path.
