I made train reservations for May Paris to Avignon and like a dummy I didn't write down the confirmation number. Do those tickets come via e-mail? Credit card is billed but I never got an e-mail confirmation. Trying to avoid a international phone call if the tickets come closer to the time of departure. Jeanie
You bought an e-ticket.
Etickets come in your email if you don't see it check your spam folder in your email.
Did you use the SNCF website to buy the ticket? This is the SNCF site https://www.sncf-connect.com/en-en/.
Also if you ever need to buy tickets online for anything nowadays always create a customer account on the site.
When you create an account your transaction history is always stored in your customer account.
Yes did not receive the tickets and I checked the spam folder.
When did you buy the ticket?
Check the details in your credit card statement there should be some kind reference number.
No reference number. Posted to CC 1-30-2023.
There is an email option on their website as well but I couldn't link it.
They also communicate by Facebook Messenger, which I have used for stuff like this and it's worked out fine. https://www.sncf.com/en/customer-service/contact-us/social-media
One other thought - is there any chance that the confirmation code for the ticket purchase is contained in that little paragraph of transaction information that comes on your credit card statement? I don't know if this is the case for train tickets for SNCF but I feel like I've seen them before. Worth a try, at least.
You can retrieve lost tickets using the SNCF connect app. Open the app and click on "Import". Click on "Can't find your order reference". You will need to enter the email address used, your name and the month of purchase the click "Validate"
Good luck
You can probably do that on the PC too.

Thank-you all. Finally I was able to retrieve the e-ticket by entering my e-mail and month of purchase and after much delay got an e-mail with an option to download the tickets. Whew!!
So now back yourself up 6 ways to Sunday, lol. Take a screenshot and put in an album, add the picture to your notes and put it in your wallet plus you’ve got it in the SNCF app.
