Tickets sales opened during the night for INOUI, OUIGO, and Intercité trains for travel through August and beyond in some cases. The earlier you buy, the lower the cost. Bon voyage.
I shopped around for some July tickets between 9 and 10 AM this morning and there were few bargains around peak travel dates already: if you know your travel dates, be swift!
At midnight here in France the prices hadn't been loaded yet. When I woke this morning at 7, most of the lowest-priced tickets(prems) for our dates, right when school gets out, had been sold. Families were active.
We did get our tickets.
More may be released. Good luck.
I am looking for ticket from Nice to Paris.
the time I would like has no tickets for sale. But the earlier in the day tgv price is shown.
Will the first price shown be the cheapest? So I should grab when available. or will the prices go lower in a month or two.
I read tickets wouldn't be available till three month is advance.
I am looking almost 6 months from now,
Thanks
also if the tgv tickets are available on the earlier time.
which is just 2 hours earlier than the train time I like.
will the later ticket be available in days, weeks or months? or just unknown
Six months is too far out. More trains should become available. I'll take a look if you tell me the date.
Prices never go down once a train has been posted.
Bets: I wish it was that easy 😎 The summer timetable for the Train Jaune doesn't appear to have been published yet.
Yes, this is only the TGV and Intercités trains, not the regional trains. I'll change the title.
For anyone else reading this, the Train Jaune is a local train in the Pyrenees with a very scenic route.
