SNCF mobile ticket - one for two passengers?

Good afternoon everyone! We have a booked journey for two through RailEurope from Milan to Lyon this spring via Geneva. For the Geneva to Lyon leg of the journey, we have received only one mobile ticket. There is no indication from RailEurope that this ticket covers both of us so I'm left to wonder - are we both included on the one mobile ticket or is there a ticket missing in delivery? I have tried to access the RailEurope help pages on this without success. Other queries online (eg. SNCF website) have also failed to bear fruit. So, is it common on SNCF mobile tickets to include multiple passengers on the one ticket, or should I be expect to receive two mobile tickets for two passengers?

Thank you!

You should have two tickets, each with one of your names and a barcode.

We have two individual mobile tickets, with our individual names, seat assignments, etc. The SNCF app is very user friendly. (Not something I frequently say about apps) You may see one ticket and then swipe left on your phone and see the second ticket, each with an individual name and qr code.

Thank you both for your quick and helpful responses, particularly the reference to the SNCF app. I had not thought to try that - a good suggestion. The app took my SNCF TER booking reference and routed me to the SNCF-Voyageurs website as the ticket was booked through Rail Europe. On the SNCF-Voyageurs web site, I was able to pull up our tickets again using the TER booking reference. It appears that we're on the same ticket - the official PDF I download from SNCF Voyageurs is the same whether I download it for myself or my wife, and the one ticket refers to two adults and the ticket cost printed reflects that. It's good to know, I have not seen that before now. Again, thank you for your thoughts on this question.

And the moral of the story is to not use Raileurope.

Glad the app helped, Mike. I'm going to text my young adult "children" right now to tell them I was useful to someone on something that involved a little technology! They'll never believe it!

Our tickets are for next month, so hopefully I don't mess it all up between now and then! (:
