SNCF connect app

I have the SNCF connect app on my old android phone and can sign in to my account without any problem. I loaded the app to my new phone but am unable to log in to my account. When I click on 'log in' a message pops up to say "No passkeys available. There aren't any passkeys for auth.monidentifiant.sncf on this device." It then gives the option to try a different method of "Fingerprint or face recognition" or Email address. If I try either of these options it just thinks endlessly but doesn't go through.

The SNCF app is terrible at logging in. It has too much protection against hacking.

It looks like you set up passkey authentication on your old phone, in stead of password authentication. And that the passkeys have not been migrated to your new phone.

Try to change your password by internet.
Then ask android to erase all data of these app and relaunch the app and try to reconnect by password.

Hello. I managed to resolve this today. You have to sign in to your SNCF account via your laptop on the browser. There will be a pop-up asking you to create a passkey after the sign-in. Create your passkey and save it in Google Passwords. Then try to login from your phone. It should work now.
