One of my favorite things to do when the timing is right is to see at concert in St. Chapelle. Unfortunately, during my next visit there aren't any concerts scheduled for when I am there. I know there is no venue like it, but does anyone have any suggestions for a similar kind of feel for that time period? Thanks!

Maybe Église Saint-Eustache on Rue Rambuteau. It's not the same but it is a majestic setting if that is the feel that you are seeking.

You might check to see if there is anything for your dates at the Église St-Ephrem in the 5th.
This website has concerts both there and at the Madeleine. Neither are like Ste Chapelle, but I have always had the idea that a concert at St-Ephrem would be something special.
