staying at Hotel de la Bretonnerie 22Rue Sainte-Croix de la Bretonnerie.
Hotel said to go to a tabac to get a SIM card - tabac said to go mobile store - they said no and we checked with a SFR store and they said to go to a tab.

Tell her to go to an Orange store instead of an SFR store.
