The Eurostar has also been affected and has seen diversions to other lines disrupting the schedule.

Eurostar officials say the diversions are adding an additional hour to the journey and some trains are being cancelled. Large queues are forming at St. Pancras.

Yes, it's a real mess. Fires set to signal boxes along the lines in the very early hours of the morning. Ugh !!

Eurostar has announced that one in four trains today and over the weekend will be canceled.

My wife and her cousin got caught in this - they were traveling from Amsterdam into Paris for the Olympics. Seems to be that they were delayed by about 3+ hours but have finally gotten to Paris and their hotel.

This happened today too.

Considering maybe rerouting my flights I have next week away from de Gaulle. Seems like a coordinated group of malefactors are looking to disrupt transportation in France, perhaps this is just the beginning.
