I am have reservations for a shuttle to pick me up at Charles De Gaulle airport and transfer me to the Londres Eiffel. (Jul 26).
Will be going solo upon arrival to hotel. Is anybody out there familiar with VIATOR (Paris shuttle transfer ?).

Paris shuttles are notoriously unreliable. Hopefully, you did not prepay. If your shuttle is a no-show simply walk out the door to the nearest taxi rank. A taxi into central Paris will cost 50-60 euros. Do not accept a ride with anyone who approaches you inside the airport, unless it is your shuttle driver, who will know your name.
Sounds like good advice from Carolyn. The public transport option (11.40 euros/person) if your ride does not appear would be to take the RER B (blue) to St. Michel-Notre Dame station and connect there to RER C (goldenrod) to Pont d'Alma station, then walk a few blocks down Ave. Rapp.
