Have scheduled a pick-up at Orly for a late arrival (21:35). Fare is 69 euro for 2 people. What would be an appropriate tip?

I would probably just round the bill up to 70 euros, if you have bills in that amount. It's not generous, for sure, but I don't think you'll get any argument.
