Has anyone used Guest Apartment Services (https://www.guestapartment.com/) in Paris. Their properties look great but I had not heard of them and want to make sure they are legitimate.

They're not only legitimate, they're probably the only rental agency I've never seen even one bad review about. They've been around forever and are above reproach.
Make sure you're aware they only do check-ins on certain days (Sat-Sun-Mon?) and have a 7-day minimum.
