Do you mean Rick Steves.. and do you mean tours that are only for seniors?? As far as I am aware Rick Steves doesnt forbid any age group on his tours..

All of our (self) tours are for Seniors. We are 64 and 73! :-)
Seriously, if you are writing to Mr. Steves, this is a volunteer forum, but I believe you'll find the tours are for all ages and perhaps attendees skewed toward the senior end of the age spectrum.
