Self-Guided Cycling in Provence

My husband and I are planning a trip to Europe in the Fall. We would like part of our journey to include a self-guided, supported bike ride in Provence perhaps starting and returning to Avignon. We have done similar rides in Germany at Lake Constance, along the Danau in Austria, and in the Alsace region of France. We are interested in rides that are easy/leisure style rides. I am wondering if someone on this forum might be able to recommend a tour company and perhaps a route they have enjoyed anywhere in Provence.

In 2022, we rented electric bicycles for the day in Orange. Nature Bike Provence in the Sport Aventure shop recommended a bicycling app for my phone and a route and off we went. They did tours with guides on weekends and I think multi day rental options, but that wasn't our schedule. We really enjoyed this day, cycling on a bike trail along the Rhone and then back through vineyards with lunch at Chateauneuf-de-Pape. We saw lavender and castle ruins. There was a bit of urban riding to get in and out of Orange.
