Hi all,
Headed to Paris in March; I know it will be cold and rainy majority of the time but I am taking my children and husband for the first; along with grandparents. Any suggestions? Children are 9 and 15. Thank you!

Play it by ear. If you get a sunny, rain free day that isn't too cool, then by all means take one of the Seine cruises. Unless you are part Inuit, I'd skip the night time cruises, since they would be very chilly. If it's rainy, then no. We've preferred the Vedettes du Pont Neuf because of the live commentary.
My adult daughter did the night cruise last month (December) because it was her first time to Paris. We bundled up and stayed warm to be able to sit outdoors and see all of the lights. Previously I’ve down it in April and during summer weather.
We've done several night cruises with Vedettes du Pont Neuf and have always been pleased. The live commentary was very good. In March I'd not make reservations as the weather will be "iffy". We have always been able to just walk up and get tickets, but you might want to check just to be sure.
Don't assume the weather will be horrible. Spring came early to Paris last year. I arrived on March 31st to a warm afternoon. Maybe you'll be lucky. Like others have said, play it by ear.
I enjoyed an evening cruise with the previously mentioned Vedettes du Pont Neuf.
I loved Vedettes to Pont Neuf in October, 2025. Great live commentary.
We elected to start about 45 minutes before sundown to see the lights come on! I think at 7 pm and maybe at other times, on the hour, the lights on the Eiffel Tower twinkle.
Even though it was my 6 th or 7 th time in Paris, I was enchanted. Not a meal cruise, not a dinner cruise. Reasonable cost. Don’t miss.
Another highlight, perhaps at 6 pm, but arrive earlier, was a one- hour concert in Ste. Chapelle, which I loved!!
And do remember Paris museums often require timed tickets, bought way in advance. AndI am not a fan of the Louvre which I find so crowded.
