Seine River through Paris... close to normal yet?

The last updated info I have seen on here seems to be a couple of weeks old, so I was wondering if anyone in Paris could give some current information on the river levels.

We will be arriving in Paris on March 7, and had planned on taking a few walks along the riverside. I am not worried about street flooding or anything, just wanting to know if the option is yet open for walking riverside paths and roads. And/or, if the waters have receded, are the paths and roads still covered in mud and debris?

For the benefit of others, I will also ask if the Seine cruises are running yet?

Thanks for any help you can give.

I don't know about the water at the moment but right now you more need to be concerned with freezing to death and being covered in snow.

If Emma (named by the Portuguese government) drops as much in Paris (and upstream) as elsewhere I would expect flooding when it all melts.

It has not been an easy winter in Paris or elsewhere in northwestern Europe.

Not even close to normal.
The Seine cruises are not running yet - and may not be, since a "spike" was headed this way.
The roads are not "covered with debris and mud", on the lower quais.

But there might be a lot of snow and rain.

I have to correct myself, because I was walking around Paris.
I saw one bateau mouche - which might have been a try-out, to see if it could get under the bridges. It succeeded.
And I saw big trucks on the Right Bank, I don't know what they were doing, though. None on the Left Bank.

I would have to say that if the Spring thaws come, you'd better head for high ground.
The river is still very high...

We walked along the river street level today between the Louvre & Notre Dame, saw people walking along south side path of river, a part of the north side path is under water. Did not observe any cruise boats running.

Thanks for all the answers. I am finishing up the packing, soon to head to the airport, and then I will be seeing it for myself in around 16 hours.
