Undoubtably, the best would be Don Juan II.

I agree. If for some reason you can't do the DonJuan, second and third place go to Alain Ducasse and then Le Calife respectively.
In all these cases, the food is prepared fresh on board. The food is mediocre at best on any of the other dinner cruises.
