Vedettes du Pont Neuf offers an evening champagne cruise that might work for you. I think their regular one-hour cruises also have limited food and beverage service (including wine at least). For the one-hour cruises, no need to buy tickets in advance, just show up whenever the weather and your schedule work.
I would avoid the dinner cruises because (a) the food may not be worth the price and (b) you don't want to be focusing on your plate while passing the beautiful monuments.

We found a river cruise with getyourguide.com (a seine river cruise with champagne-bliss) we will be doing that friday september 22 2017. Hope this helps you out. happy travels
