My husband and I rented a lovely gite near Dijon, France in September 2014. On our next visit, we'd like to stay closer to Beaune. Can anyone recommend a nice gite in the Beaune or Chagny area?

We stayed at La Maison des Chaumes about 10 km NW of Beaune for a week in early September 2011. It was truly delightful. They have other properties in the area. Great absentee landlords - answered our questions via email promptly while we were there. When we've finished seeing "the rest" of France (we've only been back for two other month long trips), we'd like to return for a longer visit. http://www.graperentals.com/properties/mdc.html
