Problem with the internet... there's just too much information to wade through as I try to find us a gite (self-catering apartment w/ kitchen/etc) around Azay-le-Rideau. Do you have any recommendations? I'm currently slowly wading through Homelidays.com and TripAdvisor.com with some good leads, but ever so time consuming! We want to make Azay-le_Rideau our homebase as we explore the Loire valley west of Tours. Thanks!

Take a look at www.gites-de-france.com and make a selection that meets your wishes, you can select English.

I confess I haven't been to Azay-le-Redeau but I was curious. I looked up the location on GoogleMaps and then typed in "gites." Several popped up. You can check out location and then reviews to see if one fits your needs. Just an idea!
