Has anyone recently gone through the Sainte Chapelle security, particularly on a Saturday? Am wondering how much time that will take. Thank you.

We went to Saint Chapelle today, Monday. We had an 11am reservation. Be very sure you are in the correct line for your timed entry. The signs at eye level are not easily noticeable part way down the line, and one is for on the hour and one is for on the half hour. There were long, long lines but we were admitted by about 11:20 to go through security, which was maybe another 10 min.
I have no idea if there was a line for no pre purchased tickets as it was sort of chaotic, so maybe there is a third line for unticketed but I don’t know for sure.
