We will be in Paris in June and plan to go to Sainte Chapelle. How far in advance would we need to reserve timed entrance tickets for the chapel?

If your plans are firm, go ahead and reserve.
I recommend the first time slot of the morning to have a less crowded experience in the upper chapel. Don't forget to arrive early for the security line.

I also recommend going up to the chapel first, then checking out the lower floor.
