Is it possible to get seats in a designated section for concerts at La Sainte Chapelle?

Darby, I don't think so. As I remember when I bought tickets for my trip to Paris last year you were offered two options. One for preferred seating in the first few rows and the other for regular seats. I just bought the regular tickets and was fine. When you arrive at the venue its first come, first served. You just enter and sit in whatever section you have tickets for. The acoustics are pretty good and the light coming through the windows at sunset is magical, so you should be fine wherever you sit. Have a wonderful time!
PS. Don't buy the pre-concert champagne package. Not worth it from what I read here on the forum.

Hi Darby, we purchased tickets from the site below. We were able to pick a section (gold, section 1 or 2). If possible, book tickets for a concert that begins before sunset so you can get the full benefit of the beautiful stained glass.
