From my reading, the rue Montorgueil markets are some of the few open on Monday in Paris. In your travel experience, have you found this to be the case?
As you know market streets are usually closed down on Mondays. We have found a few shops open on Rue Montorgueil on Monday, but only a few.
Some cafes will be open - the rest of the seafood and stuff won't be.
