Rouen stay options; Aparthotel Adagio Access Rouen Centre Cathédrale?

Wodering if anyone has stayed at this Accor property in Rouen. It has very good reviews, but there are only 4 of them. It seems a 7 minute convenient walk to the town center, but it is located right on the Quay Bourse. I'm wondering if that is very heavy traffic and noisy? There seem to be a few hotels in a row around there. It could be a good location with river views, but could also be just crazy annoying to have a major thoroughfare at your door step.

Any advise on this or another place to stay in Rouen that is convenient for city center sightseeing, and also car parking.

Thanks

Yes, that is on/near the busy highway. It’s not the most attractive area; no charm. But may be fine if cost is your primary motive.
We just stayed in Rouen in an Airbnb.
We parked in the 24 hour lot called Parking Indigo Rouen La Pucelle. (Just put it in google maps) we just left the car there the entire time. Traffic and driving in Rouen is terrible. If you park there, take your ticket with you (don’t leave it in the car) because you need it to reenter the building to retrieve your car.
(Ask me how I know this to be true! Ha!)

The Mercure has an excellent location with some stellar views of Notre-Dame.

I stayed at the Hôtel Mercure Rouen Centre Cathédrale. Great location and very nice, if modern, hotel. The entrance—even the driving entrance to the underground garage—is right in the pedestrian only part of the center.

Thank you! For the Mercure, is the parking extra or included in the room cost? (Also, how do get into the parking garage if the entrance is in the pedestrian zone?)

In motion,
I checked the Mercure on Booking.com. Parking is not free (17 euro per night). You might do a Booking.com search to narrow down your choices. Their reviews are very reliable. You can get the info there and try a direct booking. Sometimes it is a better price (and sometimes not), but I have had good experiences with them. Enter your preferences (e.g.parking, AC, etc.) to help you sort things out.
Best of luck!

The Mercure is a decent hotel, we were there a few years ago. Trying to find the entrance - I have written elsewhere - for the carpark is non trivial. I went around several times trying to find it.

Very rare to find hotels in cities with free parking - the Mercure is no exception.

I forget how I found the entrance. I just followed my GPS. But when I realized I was the only car in a pedestrian zone, I thought I had done something wrong. I hadn't, but it sure felt that way. Getting out they gave me a code to enter into a keypad by a retractable parking bollard.
