We've purchased FlixBus tickets as insurance as our scheduled train from Paris to Rouen falls on a strike day. In case we do take the bus, we'll need to get from Rouen Centre bus station on Avenue Champlain, to the Rouen Rive Droite train station to fetch our rental car. Can anyone please tell me if this bus station has a taxi stand? While it may not be the longest walk, we will have luggage. Thank you!
You will be in a very central location, so someone in the bus station could probably direct you, or you could book a taxi online or by phone. See the list of taxi stands at https://www.rouen.fr/taxi, which mentions both the rue Jeanne-d’Arc and the Quai du Havre. but I don't see more specific detail.

I think that location is just a bus stop, not a bus station.

Ugh, hopefully I won't need to take the bus. I guess we can always walk. The luggage has wheels. It's only 1km.

Google Maps is telling me it's 2 km. to Rive Droite.
Yes, but it's only 1km or so to our hotel. So we can drop off the bags and then go to the station to get the rental car at least.
