Hi. My wife and I are currently in Bordeaux, but celebrating our 48th Anniversary in Paris July 11. I'm looking for recs for a cozy, romantic restaurant in the Latin Quarter. Thanks for any/all suggestions.

Le Coupe Chou is perfect as long as you are not particular about the food.
Perhaps the best restaurant in the 5th overall is Alliance, but it is not inexpensive.

We enjoyed Hébé. The food was wonderful. The restaurant was small and intimate. The wine list was very good.
No table cloths, so perhaps that is not romantic.

I am not a fan of kitchy decor, but these are restaurants we have celebrated in with lovely food:
These two have tasting menus:
Eclipses. and L'Initial.
This one has an a la carte menu and it feels like you are in a treehouse looking out over MLK park in Batignolles. Coretta. The desserts here are particularly lovely.

Le Vent d’Armor, 25 quai de la Tournelle, 75005 Paris Not in the Latin Quarter, but walkable - Lovely restaurant, with fantastic service, friendly, casual and professional and wonderful food, mainly seafood. Across from ile St Louis.
Coupe-Choux - cosy, intimate with Classic French food. 11 rue de Lanneau 75005 Paris
Reservations essential everyplace!
We've had excellent and not excellent meals at - La Mediteranee and La Closerie de Lilas
