Roland Garros tennis complex - are there tours?

Are walking tours available for the Roland Garros tennis complex? I will in Paris in early September. Is this a safe metro zone?

(FYI: I do not see a tour offering on the website, but I will be surprised if this is not available. Wimbledon has a great off-season walking tour, and I really enjoyed it. I hope to do the same at Roland Garros!)

I'd appreciate advice on this. Please provide a web reference if known.

Many thanks! - Ron

You may not see a tour listed now due to the construction they have been doing to the stadium and complex. We were there a couple years ago, and I also was hoping to take a tour. I remember reading somewhere (I think on the official website) that tours would not be taking place for a few years due to the construction. I don't remember exactly how many years, but I believe it was until after they get the roof constructed for the main stadium, which is supposed to be finished for next year's tournament. Yes, the area is safe. Its about a 10 minute walk (if I remember correctly) from the nearest metro stop. My husband and I walked there just to see the complex anyway, even though we couldn't tour it. It was completely safe. As we were leaving after taking a couple photos, another couple was just coming and doing the same exact thing.

The last time I checked the website, it said that tours have not been offered for some time (and will not be) due to the construction.
