Rodin Museum - Ticketing issue?

Hello, Online ticketing for the Rodin Museum has been down for some time. Has anyone had issue just arriving and buying admission day of? I'm traveling with 6 people in April. Thank you!

I've never bought ahead for the Rodin Museum. I usually like to wait until I know it's going to be a sunny afternoon as the garden area is my favorite. I also usually wind up going in the later afternoon and get in with no issue.

You can just show up and buy tickets. We arrived later in the afternoon, and enjoyed the beautiful gardens and sculptures in April 2024 so much that we never even made it inside! Enjoy! It's absolutely lovely.

Honestly, the only time I go inside the house is if it's raining! I HAVE been in previously and I know there are some fantastic things in there it's just.....sculpture, garden, Rodin.

Yep, buying ahead is not necessary. It is a lovely little museum, especially the gardens. Enjoy!

We have always bought our tickets on the spot. You are going to one of my favorite museums in Paris! I go every time I visit Paris and never tire of the sculptures in the gardens. If you have time visit the house, but if you miss it don't feel bad. The glory is in the gardens (especially The Burghers of Calais").

P.S. Unless things have changed, the cafe on sight has decent lunch offerings at a good price.

Yeah, not that busy. The couple times I purchased a Museum Pass, I purchased it there, as there were no lines and the staff helpful.

Ditto on the sculpture gardens; I enjoyed them more than the works in Hôtel Biron. Possibly it's because many of his sculptures are too raw, too robust, to be confined by interior walls. IMHO, they worked better for me in open spaces, plus it was a pleasant break from other indoor galleries on a sunny day!

I went with a group of friends to the Rodin last fall and we had no trouble just walking up and buying tickets. Alas now there is no inexpensive garden ticket as there once was; you have to buy a museum ticket to go into the garden which is the best part. Plenty of interesting statues in the lovely garden.

Thank you! I'm traveling with grandparents and children and tend to like to have tickets planned out so we don't wait in lines. So glad that won't be the case here and sounds like the cafe is a perfect spot for a coffee and refresh. Thanks all!
