We often use Europcar when we travel in France but it looks like their car return in Reims isn't at the TGV station. Does anyone know if there are other rental car companies with a return right at the station?

Apparently just Avis and Sixt. They are reputable companies.
If you do not like their rates, the main station is linked to Champagne Ardenne station by tram every ~15 minutes, taking less than 30 minutes, so it is feasible to still use Europcar or any other rental office at the downtown station.
