Restaurants in Saint Germain, Latin Quarter & / or near Eiffel Tower

I will be in France for 3 nights in April and was planning to do dinner one evening in Saint Germain (where we're staying), another in the Latin Quarter and a 3rd near the Eiffel Tower.

My husband is allergic to both gluten and eggs; his allergies are relatively mild so we aren't worried about cross-contamination but he really can't consume these as an ingredient. He tends to be a simple eater to help him navigate eating safely (steak frites will b his likely meal of choice), so not looking for Michelin star restaurants or anything too fancy.

Can you recommend restaurants in these areas for dinners and any other hidden gems for lunches (in any of those neighborhoods as well as in the 14th near the Catacombs or resistance museum or in Montmarte)?

Merci!

Latin Quarter: La Petite Périgourdine
Saint Germain: Le Relais d'Entrecôte (only steak frites! they don't take reservations so arrive early or wait in line), Les Deux Magots (a 2nd vote)
In the 7th, though not super near the Eiffel Tower: Café Varenne (if you go here, visit Jacques Genin nearby for chocolates, caramels, and pates de fruits!)
