We were just in Sarlat and were happy to find a vegetarian menu at L'instant Delice. We are not vegetarian, but were getting tired of meat and couldn't bring ourselves to try foi gras. The 4 course menu included soup or salad, several homemade ravioli options, a wonderful cheese course and a choice of desserts. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
