Palais Royal in French. With the correct name, you can search some websites for restaurant referrals.

It's Palais Royal as Bets said. If you like Japanese food, the area centered on Rue Sainte-Anne is known for ramen. L'Absinthe on Place du Marché de Saint-Honoré. I've enjoyed the meals that I have ever had at La Cordonnerie on Rue Saint Roch. Verjus on Rue de Richelieu is also quite good.
