Right now, all restaurants are closed and have been for some time. Which ones may open in the future is not known, nor is the composition of the ownership/kitchen staff when they do open, all essential for any recommendation.
You might want to wait a few months for suggestions and allow some time for the restaurant landscape to redefine itself.

I had a great experience at Les Pres Gailardou on the D703. This was in 2016.

We had an excellent meal at the Hotel l'Esplanade. and we have had several really fine meals at Hotel Roserie in Montignac over the years, but it has changed hands and I don't know if the new owners are as fabulous in the restaurant -- but it was a fine tradition and they might be. Our experience has been that hotel restaurants are often best bets for good meals in rural areas.
