We will be in Reims and Rouen at the end of October. Looking for recommendations on restaurants.

We had a lovely dinner in Reims at La Table de Saint Thomas a few years ago. It is slightly out of the centre, just past the Museum of the Surrender, but easily walkable and well worth the stroll.

We had a really enjoyable lunch at Cafe du Palais in Reims a couple of years ago.
The food was great, the service was better, and the room itself was fascinating, full of interesting, quirky bits and pieces and photos of the "famous" people who have been there.
I'd return in a heart beat.
As for Rouen, we are going there for the first time next week and I have reserved three restaurants. It wasn't easy though, I hope that we have picked well.
I am happy to comment further when we are back.
