restaurant reco for 15th?

Hi all, I’ll be in Paris for a quick, last-minute business trip, staying in the 15th on the SW side of the Eiffel Tower (roughly 10 min walk). I haven’t spent time in this part of the city, and we probably won’t have time to explore much beyond our hotel or our meeting locations. Can anyone suggest good restaurants in this area that won’t require reservations far in advance? Bonus points if they have multiple vegetarian options -- my colleague is vegetarian and I'm hoping to find a bistro that has enough to make her and me both happy.

Thank you!!

Cafe Commerce

On a great street where there’s lots of shops and Parisians living real lives and a very interesting interior

I would recommend both Casse Noix and Cafe de Commerce. But they are different experiences. Cafe de Commerce has a very nice ambience, but is a larger restaurant and can often be quite noisy. Casse Noix is a smaller place, more like what we like to think of as a neighborhood restaurant run by mom and pop (although I do not know if it really i a mom and pop operation). Both have good food, although my memory is that Commerce has a more extensive menu.

An FYI, Café du Commerce was a bouillon in the old days, a real one, not one of these newly invented ones we have today. Sometimes in the 1980s when bouillons were out of style, it changed. This accounts for its size. I haven’t eaten there since the 1970s. Bon app.
