Does anyone know what the name of the restaurant is in Rouen where Rick is dining on the video? It is the restaurant where he experiences "the 4 C's".
I will be staying in Rouen in September and I would love to eat there.

Not sure of the restaurant - it should listed be in the credits at the end.
But, just wanted to add that, in the continuum of fermented apple beverages, in between cidre and calvados, there's pommeau, which has it's own flavor, but has less alcohol than calvados. Bon Appétit!

Yes, it's called Les Nymphéas - Rouen! It's a wonderful restaurant! I went, I had the exact same dinner that Rick and his friend had, even the dessert! It's one of the best memories that I will have for the rest for my life! Be sure to have a reservation.

Hi, Thanks again for the advice about Les Nymphéas restaurant in Rouen.
I am trying to make a reservation on their website but the email won't send.
I am also looking at their menu and I can't figure out what the exact meal was that Rick had. In particular, what main course did he (and you) have?

I cannot address this particular issue but I might add:
Do NOT, under any circumstances, fail to take in the light show on the face of the Cathedral. Think it runs through September 23. We have been to Europe many, many times and this show is on our Top Ten list of best things that we have ever seen.
Highly recommend, if a burger will get you through a "hunger crisis" check out the Holy Cow! Gourmet Burger Company.
We are VERY picky eaters; one of the best burgers we have ever had???
Good luck; you will really enjoy Rouen.
(As a Catholic, I would be remiss if I didn't put in a plug for the Church of St. Joan of Arc; built to resemble a flame - quite beautiful)
