Will be spending a month there, looking for any recommendations actually: boulangerie, patisserie, etc, shops, hidden gems, already aware of Vanves Marche. Thanks in advance!

I usually go to the Saxe-Breteuil Market on Thursday and Saturday mornings. Rue de la Convention has a wonderful market on Sunday morning.
