I bought a digital Navigo pass and loaded 10 metro tickets.
Can I use these tickets on the RER-C to Versailles--or do I have to buy a different ticket? I'm seeing conflicting information!

Yes, you can use these tickets to Versailles.
A fairly comprehensive Paris transit ticketing change took place in early 2025, so if you are looking at information before then, it is no longer valid.
The Metro-Train-RER ticket -- note: there's no longer any "Metro only" ticket, so if you bought a ticket for the Metro, you definitely bought a Metro-Train-RER ticket -- is valid for any Metro, RER or suburban train journey within Ile-de-France except to/from the airports. As Versailles is within Ile-de-France, you are good to go!
