RER C Paris to Versailles shut down

RER C Service Disruption
Rail maintenance will stop all RER C trains between Paris and Versailles Rive Gauche from July 15, 2022 to August 20, 2022. i.e. There will be no RER C train service between Paris & Versailles during this period (including Aug 20, 2022)

I have been traveling to Paris for many years and the RER C has been closed in central Paris for most of the last decade at least -- if not floods, it is maintenance yadda yadda. We have twice gone to Versailles and had to use various work arounds. We just never count on this line being open.

if you go to Man in Seat 61, he has a few different ways to get to Versailles
